To Create your first Android project in Eclipse,plz follow the steps given on Here.
Look at Package Explorer, you'll find your newly created project.
Inside the project folder you'll find two folders namely
1. src ->(Package Name)- This folder contains Java code of our project.
2. res -> Layout - This folder contains XML file,which makes U.I of application.
